a quick flyby
Established in 2015, Flyover Design Co. was founded by two girls with a passion for creating. Coworkers by luck, friends by choice, Briana and Natalie came together while working at Better Homes and Gardens magazine and saw the opportunity to take their unique skill sets to the next level. Briana—graphic designer, photographer, illustrator guru—has the creative eye, setting her sights on everything from customized invitation suites to web design. Natalie—editor, wordsmith, hand-lettering whiz—takes over the writing side, and uses her left-handed skillz for creating custom signage (and trying not to smudge it), from 8x10s to XXL chalkboard signs. Together, they bring your visions to life—weddings, parties, lifestyle, you name it, they can help you take your Pinterest wants and wishes and make them a reality.
Natalie has, and always will be, a doodler. She believes there’s no such thing as too many gold Sharpies, the serial comma is always necessary, you can never have too many dogs, and any cheese is a good cheese. She graduated from Iowa State University in 2009 with a degree in English and French and currently resides in Des Moines, Iowa with her husband, Max, and rescue pup, Calvin.
Pronounced Bre-anne-uh—or just call her Bri if you can't manage to get her name right. Watercolor is her jam. Typography is her peanut butter. Born and raised in the great metropolis that is Des Moines, she branched out (a whopping 30 miles north) to Iowa State University, graduating with a BFA in Graphic Design. You can usually find her frequenting her favorite Mexican (or Thai) joint or getting lost in the aisles of Target.
